Nearly every member of our church finds a role where they can use at least some of the gifts and passions God has given them.
We elect a team of leaders (called "elders") in response to God's prompting and with support of the whole church, and there are many others with key responsibilities for a given area. We do not have a senior pastor, although we do have a couple of very part-time pastoral staff.
